Penerangan

  • Oversees total service support team operations.
  • Ensures efficiency in operations of teams.
  • Consolidate and review all reports made by After Sales Coordinator and Service Admin team; ensure corrective actions are taken based on reports generated.
  • Ensures Completeness of necessary attachments for the billings.
  • Consolidation of a service reports made by Service Engineering team.
  • Consolidation of work evidence reports made by Engineering team.
  • Join Operations Manager in planning improvements in operations.
  • Train team members to become more efficient.
  • Accept and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads. 

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle escalated customer issues professionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
