• Supervise and support a team of RCM specialists in day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets for accuracy, productivity, and quality are met.
• Provide training, feedback, and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
• Handle escalations related to billing, denials, and account follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Training, HR, and Operations) to implement process improvements.
• Prepare and present regular performance and productivity reports to management.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and task assignments of team members.
• Participate in client calls, calibration sessions, and business reviews as needed

Qualifications

• High school graduate or above (certifications in Medical Billing or Healthcare Administration are a plus)
• 3–5 years of experience in US Medical Billing / RCM
• At least 1–2 years in a Team Lead or Supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of RCM processes (charge entry, payment posting, denial management, AR follow-up)
• Experience in a call center environment handling billing inquiries
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in billing software and MS Office tools
