  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts.
  • Help customers troubleshoot problems or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
  • Record customer interactions and update customer accounts in the system.
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Syarat-syarat

  • Education: At least a high school diploma or college level (any course).
  • Experience: No prior experience required — fresh graduates are welcome or OJT experience in Customer Service.
  • Skills:
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge (can navigate email & simple systems).
  • Ability to multitask and handle stress.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
