What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the review and evaluation of non-life insurance applications and proposals
2. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations on policy terms, conditions, and pricing
3. Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of underwriting activities and decisions
5. Provide administrative support to the underwriting team as needed
6. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in non-life insurance underwriting or related field
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
4. Proficient in using insurance-related software and tools
