Job Responsibilities

• Receive user inquiries through online chat, email, and online customer service tools, and provide answers to user questions;
• Timely feedback on issues encountered during the processing, and collect and organize frequently asked questions;
• Possess strong business acumen, able to quickly grasp core business concepts after training; candidates with financial knowledge and experience are preferred;
• Proactively identify obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and drive problem resolution and process optimization;
• Ability to adapt to shift work/long nighttime shifts.
