• With 1 + years of Experience in Customer Service Representative is an advantage.
• Amendable to work immediately.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver customer service support in line with defined scope of work and agreed service level agreements
• Update and maintain accurate client records by regularly reviewing and amending account details.
• Manage customer complaints by identifying issues and providing timely, effective solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring all questions are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Provide guidance and support to customers, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery are consistently met.
