About the Role

Argold Jobs Inc. is looking for an IT Analyst to support our IT operations and systems across broadcasting, digital platforms, and corporate functions. The role involves analyzing, maintaining, and improving IT systems, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting project implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems, networks, and applications.
• Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Support IT projects, including system upgrades, software deployment, and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and business units to implement solutions.
• Document IT processes, system configurations, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with IT policies, data security, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and cloud services.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience in the broadcasting or media industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
