JOB SUMMARY

The role is responsible for producing regular performance reports and analytical summaries in relation to the Sales Performance of Marketplace Sellers. This includes working extensively with raw datasets and transforming them into weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports presented in both tabular and visual formats.

The role also demands the ability to dynamically generate ad hoc reports in response to findings from existing reports, particularly when these insights warrant more in-depth or granular analysis. The individual will collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence team, which manages the technical aspects of data extraction and dashboard generation.

This person will present and communicate the findings from these reports, both in written and verbal form, to the Marketplace Team and the Executive Team, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing report formats based on team objectives
• Working with the Business Intelligence to create ad hoc / regular reports and dashboards
• Analyzing performance / making business recommendations based on analyzed data
• Presenting weekly, monthly, and quarterly

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Certifications on Data Analysis Courses are a plus
• Certifications on Data Science Courses are a plus

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years experience in data analysis
• Works daily with MS Excel / Google Sheets / other spreadsheets / databases
• Background in retail / ecommerce / marketplace operations is a plus
• Experience with Postgresql / Superset / Mixpanel is a big plus
