We are looking for a meticulous Data Analyst to support our Talent and Rewards segment. The role involves cleaning compensation data at both micro and macro levels, loading data into local systems, generating validation reports, and providing job match recommendations. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, possesses strong data manipulation skills, and can manage multiple submissions with 100% accuracy.

The Data Analyst will also assist in quality reviewing data submissions from team members and participate in system testing processes. Ongoing training will be provided to develop expertise in specific processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform micro and macro-level data cleaning, validation, and approval of client data.
• Generate data validation reports.
• Provide job matching recommendations.
• Contribute to overall team metrics and status reports for clients.
• Ensure timely and error-free delivery of outputs according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Leaders, and cross-functional teams across different geographies.
• Support the expansion of Data Management scope through participation in working groups and special projects.
• Assist in continuous improvement of processes and tools.
• Conduct work in adherence to ISO 9001 and 27001 guidelines.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word; experience with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Understanding of compensation functions and job benchmarking is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
