We are looking for a detail-oriented Encoder to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced glass manufacturing environment. The Encoder will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining production, inventory, sales, and delivery records into our database systems. This role is essential in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring data integrity across all departments.

• Accurately encode production data, inventory records, delivery schedules, and customer information  into the company database.
• Update and maintain spreadsheets and reports as needed.
• Verify data accuracy by reviewing and comparing source documents.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal use.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production staff to ensure timely and correct data entry.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Perform routine backups of encoded data.
• Assist with other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field is an advantage.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data encoding, administrative, or clerical work (preferably in a manufacturing or glass company environment).

Required Skills:

• Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 40 WPM).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills
