We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Data Encoder who will collect, organize, and encode data to ensure company databases remain accurate and up-to-date. This role supports both the IT and production operations, requiring strong accuracy, initiative, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather invoices, reports, personal details, documents, and data from employees, departments, and clients.
• Review and scan information to identify correct and relevant details.
• Correct and organize data for fast and accurate encoding.
• Create and maintain accurate spreadsheets.
• Encode and update information in company databases.
• Ensure all encoded data is properly backed up.
• Notify relevant departments of data discrepancies or errors found.
• Store hard copies of documents properly for easy retrieval.
• Provide production support as needed.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in any course
• Preferred: College graduate with 1 year experience as Encoder or Production Support
• 1–2 years total encoding experience is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in basic Excel formulas: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOT
• Strong typing skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Able to work with databases and large volumes of information
• Organized, diligent, and adaptable
• Good communication and teamwork skills
