Nag encode at nag monitor ng mga lumalabas at pumapasok na produkto
Gumagawa ng report para sa kanyang superbisor tungkol sa mga produkto.
Nag file at nag iingat ng mga records na dapat itabi at ingatan
Nagbubuhat at tumutulong din sa mga production helper
Responsible for the encoding of the Finished Goods and Bad Stocks transaction in the system. He is responsible also in ensuring accuracy, correctness and on time processing of the transactions in the system

Can work under pressure and extended hours
Has right attitude towards work, proactive, innovative, dependable and result-oriented
Ensures that all receiving and issuance for client / principal are complete base on documents and with good quality condition.
Report and create incident report that damaged any item.
Ensure daily monitoring and counting of stocks.
Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
Reporting of ageing and slow moving materials.
Records and files all documentation between the department, suppliers
Ensure all documents upon issuance of request to customers and transferring of stocks to other customers are prepared and complete.
Ensure all stocks are available upon request of client / principal, department and customers.
Prepare and summary required reports on daily, weekly and monthly.
Performs other related functions as may be assigned by his superior.
Complies with all government, customer and client / principal safety, health, environment and quality policies and procedures.

College Graduate or College level are welcome to apply
Must know basic Microsoft Excel proficient and other Microsoft office programs.
With at least one year of work experience in a logistics/warehousing setting is preferred but not required.
With SAP background is an advantage but not required.
With experienced in a logistics company is a plus
Flexible and with pleasing personality
Willing to undergo training
With Certificate of employment
Punctuality and reliability are very important
Physical fitness is required as this job will require some manual lifting
