You are

• Looking for an opportunity to be part of an established global management consulting firm

• Available Immediately or with a short notice period

Your Key Responsibilities

• Implement solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365

• Primary responsibilities will be designing, prototyping, and supporting of testing, development and factoring end-to-end applications.

• Use multiple connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate, and preferably create custom connectors.

• Adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.

• Interpret and design database models (MYSQL, SQL Server, etc. ).

• Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps.

• Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to Project Sponsor & Continuous Improvement Sr. Lead.

• Support cross-functional project teams.

• Create documentation for projects including design, asset inventory, diagrams, and presentations as well as documentation of the environment and deployment for our support and future implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any finance-related course, Computer Science, or IT-related courses.

• At least 3 years relevant experience in working continuous improvement efforts in a finance and accounting process in a BPO or shared services setting

• Exhibit a high level of autonomy as demonstrated via independent decision-making, prioritizing own workload and project management skills

• Ability to create and design tools using the Microsoft Power suites.

• Strong team working and relationship building skills

• Experience in using ERP systems – SAP is an advantage

• Experience in RPA tools such as UI Path and Alteryx is an advantage

• Advance knowledge in MS Excel and Access. Has experience in developing complex Macro programs.

• Scripting/coding, SQL, and relational databases, and application development

Other Details: 

• Shift – Must be available in Mid shift

• Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite work (in Paranaque for early-mid 2025, but will eventually move to BGC office last quarter of 2025 to start of 2026). 

• Location is in Paranaque

• The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection

• Employment Arrangement: Project Based ( 6 months initially – Subject for extension and renewal)
