Job Purpose

To provide operational support in warehouse, delivery, collections, and administrative tasks by ensuring proper inventory management, accurate documentation, and timely delivery of spare parts, tools, and documents to customers.

Qualifications

• Vocational course or college level (college graduate an advantage)
• At least 2 years’ related warehouse experience preferred
• Can drive motorcycle & 4-wheel vehicle (manual/automatic) with valid license and 5 years’ driving experience
• Physically fit, organized, trustworthy, and reliable
• Basic computer, record-keeping, and inventory management skills

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue spare parts & supplies
• Organize, repack, and label items for customers
• Deliver parts, tools, and documents to clients and couriers
• Collect payments (checks) and submit to Finance
• Handle administrative tasks: encoding, filing, documentation, and reports
• Support other errands and logistics tasks as needed
