Project Design Engineer - Mechanical Discipline

BIMhive PH is seeking a talented and motivated Project Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. You’ll work on innovative projects, supporting design development and ensuring accurate and high-quality project execution.

Role Summary

Hybrid role: 70% engineering design + 30% BIM modeling/coordination.

Looking for an engineer who can support design tasks while producing Revit-based models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering design documents (MEP Discipline)
• Create and update Revit models and technical drawings.
• Assist in BIM coordination, clash review, and documentation.
• Work with project managers and designers for revisions/updates.
• Ensure outputs follow project standards (LOD, naming, sheets, etc.).

Required Skills

• Revit proficiency
• Experience in engineering design (MEP).
• Familiarity with BIM workflows
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to international projects
• Experience with MEPF
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and modeling software.
• Familiarity with prefabrication or modular design processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / MEP)
• Minimum 4-5 years in design and drafting.
