Key Requirement

• Prior experience configuring HVAC analytics and building digital twin models of HVAC equipment

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver and support high-quality fault detection and diagnostics solutions
• Complete onboarding projects, including data discovery and installation of Data Collection Services
• Troubleshoot diagnostics for automated HVAC fault detection
• Review and validate software-reported findings
• Train customers and partners on data transfer, connectivity, and networking
• Provide ongoing support for connected Clockworks sites

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering or related degree, or 5–6 years industry experience
• 1–2 years HVAC, controls, or FDD experience
• Exposure to BAS protocols (BACnet, Haystack, oBIX, Modbus) and BAS networking
• Strong communication skills
• Experience or exposure to automated commissioning, FDD, M&V, and metadata standards (e.g., Project Haystack) preferred

• Background in building systems or controls/services industry
• Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, servers, networking commands)
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in fast-evolving environments and passionate about improving the built environment

Preferred Skills

• Automated commissioning and FDD experience
• Metadata/tagging standards knowledge
• Proficient in MS Excel
