We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator who will become a master of AI integration in digital marketing and sales. You will drive initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, optimize campaigns, and generate qualified leads. • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Integrate AI tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance, content creation, and sales outreach
• Manage and monitor paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms
• Oversee social media channels including content strategy, publishing, and engagement
• Execute SEO initiatives including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and local search improvements
• Create or coordinate marketing content such as short‑form videos, graphics, reels, and promotional materials
• Manage email campaigns, automation sequences, newsletters, and audience segmentation using CRM/marketing tools
• Analyze and report performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPL, ROAS, engagement, conversions) and provide data-driven recommendations
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and inform strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to ensure consistent branding and messaging
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI-driven marketing innovations, and platform updates

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms, social media management tools, and CRM systems
• Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools, automation, lead generation, SEO, email marketing, and performance tracking
• Ability to create or supervise marketing content including graphics, video, and copywriting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Comfortable learning and implementing new technologies, with a focus on AI-driven marketing and sales strategies
