We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Officer with a solid background in industrial equipment, particularly construction and agricultural machinery. The role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that will strengthen our brand presence, support sales initiatives, and drive customer engagement within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for construction and agricultural equipment.
• Support sales by preparing marketing collaterals, product presentations, and promotional materials.
• Organize and manage trade shows, exhibits, product demonstrations, and client events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, and online promotions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, and partners for co-marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and provide regular reports.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate identity standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of marketing experience in industrial equipment (construction and/or agricultural machinery).
• Strong knowledge of the construction and agricultural equipment market.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and MS Office applications; knowledge in design software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented.

Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
