We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team at Sports Resources Inc. In this role, you’ll manage and grow our digital marketing efforts across social media, SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, and content. You’ll work closely with different teams to make sure our digital strategies connect with our business goals and reach the right audiences—athletes, coaches, and sports enthusiasts.

What You’ll Do

• Plan & Execute Campaigns – Develop digital marketing strategies and run campaigns on social media, Google Ads, email, and more.
• SEO & Content – Optimize our website and content to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Social Media – Manage our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), create engaging posts, and run paid social ads.
• Email Marketing – Build and send campaigns that nurture leads and engage customers, while tracking open and click rates.
• Paid Media – Manage search ads and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Analytics – Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to guide future strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing (sports, fitness, or lifestyle industry is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
