Has relevant knowledge or work experience in the lottery or gaming industry, and is responsible for daily operational execution, including website/App content management, gameplay configuration, activity publishing, and game launch & maintenance.
Assists in activity planning and launch; participates in designing activation, acquisition, and retention campaigns based on holidays, user behavior, and platform data, and coordinates with design and technical teams to complete deployment.
Able to independently monitor operational data, track key metrics such as new users, active users, retention, betting volume, conversion rate, and jackpot changes, and propose timely optimization suggestions.
Independently conducts in-depth game operations, analyzes user-preferred gameplay, betting behavior, odds movement, payout structures, and other operational elements to support optimization of game products and related on-site/off-site content.
Able to independently coordinate and communicate across departments, with an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of teams such as marketing, customer service, risk control, payment, technical, product, administration, and legal, ensuring smooth operational processes.
