Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive, and provide them with menus.

• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.

• Handle cash and process payments, including credit card transactions, when necessary.

• Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns promptly and professionally.

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing empty plates, refilling drinks, and setting up tables for new guests.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of food and drinks.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including maintaining food safety standards.

• Follow all company policies and procedures related to customer service, safety, and cleanliness.

• Assist with the preparation of tables, including setting utensils, napkins, and condiments.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.

• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for long periods.

• Knowledge of food safety practices.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Working Conditions:
