• Operate dishwashing machines and wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area and kitchen surfaces.
• Sort, stack, and store clean dishes and utensils in their designated places.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Report any maintenance issues with equipment or supplies to the kitchen manager.
