• Post, manage, and update vehicle loads on the Central Dispatch platform.
• Negotiate with carriers to secure the best rates and reliable service.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries between dealers, auctions, carriers, and clients.
• Track vehicles in transit and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle problem resolution (delays, damages, cancellations) quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, carrier agreements, payments, and delivery status.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients (dealers, auctions, and individuals).
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations, broker requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation preferred but not required.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities under time pressure.
• Proficiency with online platforms (Central Dispatch, spreadsheets, email, CRM tools).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple loads at once.
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with U.S. business time zones.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to the auto transport industry.
