- Review and update existing documents to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in training staff on documentation practices and tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the documentation process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk support, MS Office, excellent time management, and strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Create and maintain documentation, assist in Help Desk queries, and manage project timelines.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, good communicator, and a proactive team player.
