The responsibility for providing and monitoring a seamless fulfillment of online orders, the inflow and outflow of online orders through the Omnichannel, performing inventory updates via shared GDrive files and through dashboard reviews, and working closely with other departments supporting the operations to make sure that daily activities are smoothly executed, online orders are well-processed and ensuring the records are well-kept for reporting, tracking, auditing, and review.

● Education / Experience / Specialization / Technical Knowledge

○ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

○ With at least 2 years of e-commerce-related work experience.

○ Proven experience in operations & inventory management, supervision, or a related role.

○ Strong leadership and team management skills.

○ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

○ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic business environments.

○ Proficiency in relevant software and operational tools.
