Key Responsibilities

• Product Management: Uploading new products, updating descriptions, images, pricing, and ensuring listings are SEO-friendly.
• Order Fulfillment: Processing orders, generating shipping labels, coordinating with delivery vendors, managing returns, and ensuring timely dispatch.
• Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, preventing stockouts, and updating inventory data.
• Marketing Support: Assisting with email campaigns, social media posts, website content, and tracking campaign performance.
