DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of Lazada and Shopee stores, familiar with promotion, control the implementation of store details, and achieve the established performance goals as planned.
• Familiar with platform activities and rules, responsible for connecting with platform operations, seeking more resources for the store, and formulating event promotion plans to ensure performance improvement.
• Responsible for the planning of store promotions, related sales, and to improve the store conversion rate.
• Research on Lazada and Shopee marketing tools using Facebook and Tiktok to drain traffic, put forward application solutions, increase in-store traffic, increase click rate, page view and conversion rate.
• Responsible for monitoring daily store data (traffic data, sales data, commodity data), diagnosing and optimizing the storefront and implementing follow-up execution results.
• Regularly track and evaluate the effect, and submit a statistical analysis report of the promotion effect, put forward marketing improvement measures in a timely manner and give practical improvement plans.
• Pay attention to competing products and industry data, analyze various operational data, and put forward reasonable suggestions.
• Maintain good communication and interaction with the platform manager, service manager, and platform customer service
• Other tasks may be assigned by his superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• More than 3 years of Shopee or Lazada operating experience, with a deep understanding of e-commerce
• Experience in 3C accessories product operation is preferred;
• Familiar with the rules of Shopee and Lazada platform, master the relevant knowledge of platform operation, background operations and proficient in using Shopee/Lazada background and data analysis tools
• Good at industry category data analysis, good at event planning and reporting
• Have teamwork spirit, strong enterprising spirit and ability to resist pressure
• Good communication and coordination skills, love e-commerce, have a sense of responsibility, be good at learning, and be motivated.
• Must have work experience in handling online store operations both Lazada and Shopee (at least 3 years)
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Ability to learn actively and complete work efficiently;
