The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing the company’s online sales channels. This role ensures seamless online customer experiences, drives traffic and conversion, oversees product listings and promotions, and executes digital strategies that align with the company’s business goals. The E-Commerce Manager works closely with marketing, sales, logistics, and IT teams to deliver revenue growth and brand visibility through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities


E-Commerce Operations

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of all e-commerce platforms (company website, marketplaces, and third-party platforms).
  • Ensure accurate, optimized, and up-to-date product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, inventory, and images).
  • Coordinate with logistics/fulfillment teams for smooth order processing, delivery, and returns.


Sales & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow online sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs (traffic, sales, conversion, AOV, ROI) and prepare regular performance reports.


Digital Marketing Integration

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive online sales.
  • Use analytics tools to understand customer behavior and optimize the customer journey.
  • Lead initiatives to improve website UX/UI for better engagement and conversion.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with product, pricing, and inventory teams to ensure online assortment aligns with business goals.
  • Coordinate with IT/development teams for website maintenance, upgrades, and new feature implementation.
  • Partner with customer service to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience managing e-commerce platforms or digital retail operations.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, online merchandising, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with major platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital ads, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and A/B testing.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of branding and customer experience.
