Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Oversee product listings, merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategies across online platforms.
• Customer Experience: Optimize site navigation, checkout processes, and customer support to enhance satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, logistics, IT, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce technologies, consumer behaviors, and competitor strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Expertise in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, Titktok, Amazon, etc.)
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional projects
