Performing administrative duties including cross-department coordination, logistical management, assisting and supporting the Immediate Superior with the daily operational activities through enforcement of company policies and standards.

● Education / Experience / Specialization / Technical Knowledge

○ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

○ With at least 3 years of e-commerce-related work experience.

○ Preferably with experience handling and operating stores in Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok.

○ Good knowledge of an organization’s systems and processes.

○ Good knowledge of data operations and information systems.

○ Very good understanding of complex operations involving people, facilities, and goods
