- Product Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce).
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse or supply chain teams to ensure availability, and help prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Order Processing: Handle customer orders, ensure timely fulfillment and shipping, and resolve issues related to delivery or returns.
- Customer Support: Respond to online inquiries, reviews, and complaints via email or platform messaging, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, cart abandonment, and sales performance.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Support marketing efforts by helping launch sales, discount codes, and promotional banners on the e-commerce site.
- Website Maintenance: Identify and report bugs or user experience issues, and work with developers or the digital team to implement fixes.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor websites and pricing, and stay up to date with trends in e-commerce and online shopping behavior.
