Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations for online stores, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Create, edit and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images and specifications.
• Monitor sales performance, develop promotional mechanics, and craft content for campaigns to maximize traffic and sales.
• Work with internal teams, including marketing to develop strategies and ensure content consistency across platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and technological advancements to find opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Ideally in Business, Marketing, Media, Communication, Commerce, or an equivalent field is often a prerequisite.
• At least one to two years of extensive experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is generally preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop and potentially newer platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed for collaborating with teams and managing customer inquiries.
• Experience in planning promotions, creating content, and managing campaigns, is required.
• Experience in managing online store operations, including product listings, content, and inventory.
• Experience working from an electrical company is required.
