- Manage online store inventory and processes

- Develop promotional campaigns to increase digital sales across all platforms

- Monitor and analyze store performance data, including traffic /convert/sale data, and make weekly/monthly sales and reports.

- Examine and measure order fulfillment and customer service performance

- Monitor and lead the team in the day-to-day activities in order to ensure proper and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• Atleast High School Diploma or Two (2) years of College education/Vocational Program.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in ecommerce, operations or retail environment or a combination of any.
• Knowledgeable in Digital Marketplace (Lazada, Shopee)
• Excellent communication skills for both written and oral
• Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills, proactive, and keen to details
• Punctual
• Can start ASAP
