Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing online product listings across eCommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, website etc.
• Monitor and optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to improve sales performance.
• Process orders, returns, and customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to evaluate performance metrics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain website content updates and ensure product information accuracy.
• Assist in implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and industry best practices.
• At least 1-2 years of E-Commerce Operations experience.
