Job Summary:

The E-commerce Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing online store operations on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce channels. This role ensures smooth daily operations, maximizes sales performance, and provides an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce stores, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Upload new products and optimize product titles, descriptions, and images.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or supply teams to ensure stock availability.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and participate in platform events (e.g., flash sales, double-day sales).
• Handle store backend operations, including voucher setup, bundle offers, and price adjustments.
• Track and analyze sales performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with customer service to ensure timely responses to buyer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Work with marketing and design teams to align campaign materials and platform banners.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and provide suggestions to improve store competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Knowledge of product listing, promotions, and store management.
• Basic skills in sales data analysis and report generation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with warehouse/supply teams.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Excel and common e-commerce tools.
• College degree preferred.
