Job Title: Electrical Engineer / Industrial Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Systems Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, motors, panels, breakers, and wiring
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, equipment failures, and power issues in production lines
• Ensure proper grounding, insulation, and safety standards across all equipment

Power Distribution & Equipment Support

• Monitor power load distribution, voltage levels, and equipment performance
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical machines and systems
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during electrical servicing

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance for electrical equipment and systems
• Maintain accurate logs of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Recommend system upgrades, replacements, and energy-saving improvements

Technical Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and update electrical plans, single-line diagrams, load schedules, and maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Assist in safety audits, inspections, and implementation of corrective actions

Support to Automation & Controls

• Assist Electronics Engineer in wiring, control panels, MCC units, sensors, and PLC interfaces
• Work on electrical components involved in automation systems and MOP tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred, depending on company policy)
• 1–3 years experience in industrial or manufacturing electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of:
• Electrical diagrams, schematics, and single-line diagrams (SLDs)
• Motor control centers, VFDs, relays, breakers, and panels
• Preventive maintenance planning
• Safety standards and electrical codes
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems under pressure
• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills
• Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, and extended hours when required
