Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Qualification: BS Electrical Engineering – REE

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Apalit, Pampanga

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all Electrical systems across the Plant (HV/MV/LV).
• Implement Reliability Engineering practices such as Preventive & Predictive PM Programs, FMEA, Spares Management, Downtime Analysis, and RCAs.
• Lead modification projects for reliability improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Follow SHEQ practices; drive operational and reliability strategies in electrical equipment and devices.
• Demonstrate proficiency in electrical systems such as substations, switch gears, motor control centers, single-phase and three-phase motors, and motor drivers (auto trans, RVAT, VFD, VSD, etc.).
• Oversee operations and maintenance of related equipment.
