• Project leadership and design: Lead the electrical design and engineering of solar PV systems, from conceptual design to final implementation.
• Feasibility and site assessment: Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine the viability of solar projects.
• Technical documentation: Prepare electrical technical specifications, schematics, and project plans.
• Analysis and optimization: Perform energy yield analysis and optimize existing solar systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with project managers, installers, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Compliance and safety: Ensure all designs and installations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
• Technical oversight: Supervise installation and testing of electrical systems, and ensure proper setup and energy conversion.
• Bid and tender evaluation: Evaluate bids and participate in negotiations for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts. 

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in leading the design and execution of solar or other renewable energy projects.
• Familiarity with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and permitting processes.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including inverters and balance of system components.
• Experience with electrical engineering software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Project management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
