The Elevator Technician will be responsible for performing installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevator systems and related equipment. Key responsibilities include:

• Installing new elevator units and ensuring all components are properly fitted and functional
• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance to ensure operational safety and compliance
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and performing corrective repairs
• Testing elevator systems to ensure they meet safety standards and performance specifications
• Preparing service reports and documenting completed work
• Coordinating with supervisors, contractors, and building representatives on project requirements
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and company standards
