Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate updates to company rules, regulations, and policies
• Handle daily administrative tasks related to Employee Relations and other HR functions
• Assist the HR Manager in addressing employee concerns, violations, and disciplinary cases
• Plan and implement programs that promote employee welfare and engagement
• Manage and maintain accurate records for all Employee Relations activities
