Penerangan
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Monitor system performance, security, and updates.
- Collaborate with teams to assess IT needs and provide technical solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, databases, and applications.
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.
- Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and security.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.
Syarat-syarat
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networks, or systems.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and databases.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Certifications (preferred): CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar.
- Other: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new technologies.
