POSITION SUMMARY

The Planning Supervisor will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating detailed project schedules using Primavera and Microsoft Office tools. The role includes coordinating with project teams, tracking progress, identifying delays, and recommending corrective actions to keep construction projects on schedule. The position also involves preparing regular reports, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
2. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients to gather project data and update plans.
3. Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
4. Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and forecasting documents.
5. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
6. Support procurement and logistics planning related to project execution.
7. Ensure effective resource allocation and critical path management.
8. Conduct regular planning meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (licensed or non-licensed).
2. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Planner in the construction industry, preferably with experience in kitchen systems, fit-outs, or interior construction.
3. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Willing to work on-site in Makati.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

1. Background in modular kitchen, cabinetry systems, or similar trades is a strong advantage.
2. Familiarity with AutoCAD and other architectural planning tools is a plus.
