Provides technical expertise and on-site supervision for assigned scopes of work (e.g., earthworks, rebar, formworks, concreting). This role ensures compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations under the direction of the PIC or CM

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Experience:
• 1–3 years of relevant construction or site supervision experience (strong internships/co-ops may be considered).
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD) and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of construction methods, local codes, and quality standards.
• Communication Skills:
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse project teams.
• Personal Attributes:
