Develop and review process designs, technical specifications, and engineering calculations for treatment systems.
Provide technical support during project execution phases: installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with water quality and environmental regulatory standards.
Optimize treatment processes for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Research and recommend innovative technologies and process improvements.
Prepare technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance documentation.
Train and provide guidance to operators, technicians, and junior engineers.
Support business development activities with technical inputs for proposals, feasibility studies, and client presentations.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Sanitary Engineering (PRC License preferred).
1–2 years of relevant experience in process design, operations, or optimization of water/wastewater treatment systems.
Solid knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes.
Ability to prepare and review P&IDs, mass balances, and equipment sizing calculations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design tools.
Familiarity with local environmental regulations and water quality standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and technical report writing abilities.
Team player with experience collaborating in multidisciplinary environments.
Ability to train and mentor staff/operators.
Comfortable in client-facing roles and delivering technical presentations.
