Qualifications:

a. Graduate of BS Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Electronics/Electrical Technology

b. With at least 5 years work experience in preventive maintenance of auxiliary systems.

c. Familiar with configuration, estimating or troubleshooting of auxiliary systems.

d. Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance

e. Familiar with project management skills

f. Has good communication skills

g. Willing to do field works on a daily basis.

h. Home base: Multi-Line Head Office in Quezon City

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during maintenance operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify recurring issues and develop solutions.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Ensure availability of necessary tools and spare parts for maintenance tasks.
