Primary Responsibilities:

• Create, develop new reports following the existing framework that leverages, in particular, the use of Archie, Sharepoint, and PowerBI /ShinyApp. Enhance the existing reporting framework as appropriate especially when new tools, technologies become available and cascade the enhancements to the larger group and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the relevant teams to understand the reports being requested. Create / build the reports.
• Analyze the results of the reports, share insights, propose recommendations. Follow thru recommendations proposed.
• Automate including the uploading of the report to Sharepoint / PowerBI / ShinyApp and the sending of the report summary.
• Ensure that checks / notifications are in place to alert 'downstream' users of data that it is accurate and up to date. If not, alerts / escalation should be flagged to 'upstream' data owners to investigate / fix.
• Documents agreed data definitions / sourcing / processes. And regularly updates documents to help ensure that the process lives on.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics
• Proficient / Develop proficiency in statistical programming
• Proficient / Develop proficiency in statistical programming and AutoML tools
• Proficient / Develop proficiency in spreadheets, database programming, and in automation / batch job scheduling
• Proficient / Develop proficiency in visualization tools
• Good statistical aptitude, ability to story-tell from data

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
