The MCN Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Multi-Channel Network, ensuring smooth coordination between creators, brand partners, and internal teams. The role involves supervising campaign execution, optimizing creator performance, managing deliverables, and ensuring that brand objectives are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign & Creator Management

  • Supervise the end-to-end execution of creator campaigns from briefing to post campaign reporting.
  • Coordinate with brand and agency partners to align on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage and mentor a team of live operators, creator managers, and production assistants.
  • Ensure creator compliance with brand guidelines, MCN standards, and platform policies.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor creator and campaign KPIs (views, engagement, conversions, GMV, etc.).
  • Analyze performance trends and optimize future campaigns based on insights.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal and client review.

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure timely submission of reports, billing documents, and performance trackers.
  • Manage talent onboarding, contracts, and database updates.
  • Collaborate with finance and admin teams for payout schedules and partner reconciliations.

Strategic & Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with creators and brand partners to encourage retention and growth.
  • Support the development of new MCN initiatives and monetization strategies.
  • Stay updated on social platform trends, algorithm changes, and content best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or MCN operations.
  • Preferably, college graduate (marketing, communications, media production)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok, Shopee Live, and META Live).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience with a results-driven mindset.
