We are hiring a full time Executive Assistant role in Taguig, NCR. The ideal candidate must possess a blend of technical skills, soft skills, and personality traits. A highly organized person, excellent communicators, and adept at managing time and technology; must be adaptable, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing to build rapport and effectively support the executive.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, matured individual to deliver strategic administrative support to our senior executives. The ideal candidate excels in communication, anticipates needs, and handles confidential information with utmost professionalism


Job Tasks:

  • Provides administrative and logistical support to the Executive. Assisting with special projects,organizing meetings and taking minutes.
  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Answering phone calls in polite and professional manner, filtering emails, and managing correspondence. Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
  • Handling basic office tasks and ensuring a smooth-running office environment.
  • Maintain and monitor action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion. Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and contact lists with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepares and distributes documents such as presentation, reports and memo

Syarat-syarat

  • A graduate of any 4-year course; preferably Business Administration, or other related courses.
  • Background in executive assistant is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Office, Excel) and Presentation Skills
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
  • Must be a team player.


Job Type: Full-time
