Manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Answer phones, emails, and mail, and communicate on behalf of the executive.
Make travel arrangements, including booking accommodations, transportation, and meals.
Organize meetings, conferences, workshops, and seminars as required.
Maintain records, including contacts, filing systems, and spreadsheets.
Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
Create presentations and summarize findings.
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

A graduate of any bachelors’ degree or four (4) years course
2-5 years of experience as executive assistant or similar role.
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Problem-solving and decision making.
Pro-active and can easily adapt to work environment
With good sense of accountability and responsibility.
