We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at International Marketing Group' in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will support our executive leadership, providing high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure the efficient running of our business.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing comprehensive executive-level administrative support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
2. Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
3. Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
4. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
5. Assisting with special projects and events as needed
6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
2. Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other administrative tools
5. Ability to work independently and proactively, with a keen eye for detail
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
